(hereinafter referred to as "Innovation Center") , established in December 26, 2017 by Baotou Rare Earth Research and Development Center of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, North China Rare Earth (Group) High-tech Co., Ltd., Baotou Rare Earth Research Institute and other 9 shareholders. The Innovation Center is a S&T Innovation Platform, aiming at implementing in-depth the State Plan "Made in China 2025", and following of “Instruction on Improving the manufacturing innovation system, promoting the construction of manufacturing innovation center” issued by Ministry of Industry and Information Technology [2016] 273.
